Before attending law school, attorney/owner Clark Giles had creative pursuits of his own, from starting a record label out of his college dorm room which went on to drop just shy of fifty internationally distributed releases to touring in a band across the United States to being a key player in several festivals featuring nationally-known acts to assisting with Indiana-focused DIY zine gatherings. Wherever there has been cultural placemaking, Clark has tried to be involved and to lend a hand in making his community a better place to live, work and play. Clark is from a family of entrepreneurs so he understands better than most that small business owners are non-traditional creatives too with their own needs unique to the enterprise in which they are engaged, from branding to entity structuring to protection of their valuable intellectual property rights.

As a patron of the arts, I want local creatives to thrive so they can continue to make art, continue to make our city a better place to live, and potentially attract more people who appreciate the work of a creative class to decide to move here—or at least visit more often to support local artists.

While we could talk about ourselves even more in this space, and you can learn more about us in our bios, that’s not why we’re really here. We want to listen to our clients. We will ask you the right questions to learn about your individual needs. We want to know about your goals and aspirations. And we want to be there to solve your legal concerns that we can foresee together, plus anything that may arise unexpectedly.
